The Club would like to send our sincerest condolences to one of our founding members, Billy Connolly and his family on the recent passing of their wife and mother, Rita Connolly. Billy has been a pillar of our club since it's foundation and his loss is felt throughout the club. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Our Junior Mens team play in the Murphy Cup Playoffs on Sunday 6th November away to St Sylvesters. Throw-in is at 14.30, venue is Broomfield.  Training for the Junior Men's team is from 18.45 - 20.00, Tuesdays and Thursdays at the GAA pitches in Newlands Cross, Kingswood.

Training this Saturday for the Academy from 10.30 on the GAA pitches in Kilnamanagh. The u11's are scheduled to play Good Counsel at home on the GAA pitches is Kilnamanagh, throw-in 11.00, meeting at 10.15. New members are always welcome to come down and have a GO at GAA without obligation to join. In particular, we're looking for boys and girls born in 2005/2006 for the u11's, 2007 for the u9's, 2008 for u8's. All other ages from 2011 to 2009 are welcome to join the Academy. There is a training session on Wednesday afternoon from 15.30 for the u8's, u9's and u11's on the GAA pitches in Kilnamanagh.

Our monthly draw took place on Sunday and the winners were Stephen Ellis, Davy Nicholson, Dean Whelan, Tracey Raymond and Barbara McNulty. Our draws take place on the last Sunday of each month in the Kingswood Lodge and is limited to 150 tickets at a cost of €5 each, prizes are 1st - €200, 2nd - €75, 3rd - €25, 4th - €25 and 5th - €25.  Tickets are available through a number of club members and some tickets will also be available on the night of the draw. All tickets were sold out for our first draws with some disappointed people not getting tickets, so best to get tickets early.
